Informative and refreshed me on what I should be doing.

trainning was good and helpful

Had the same problem as last time I took this training, that being, quite a few of the video clips didn't work! The only way to see what I should be informed about, was to use the subtitles, and hope there wasn't anything in the video that wasn't in the subtitles! I made this comment last time but obviously nothing has been done about it or any recommendations made about how to overcome the problem.

The opportunity to recap throughout was helpful - if you got a question wrong you could go back over it. It was informative and not patronising.

The information was very helpful and makes you take notice of everyday activities when you have to move or lift an item whether it weighs very little or is very heavy. Also it makes you aware of the damage that could be done to your spine over a period of time and not being aware of this until severe back pains are experienced

The training video is simple and very easy to ingest. Although it does seem a little boring, it does teach everything you need to understand safe manual handling.
