A lot of information to retain.
The content was clear and hopefully will lead to the prevention of back injuries.
Some interesting facts about the back, spine etc. Helpful hints on how not to carry large/heavy items, though mostly general common sense. A little long winded but other than that it was a good safety learning exercise.

IT WAS VERY LONGWINDED WITH WHOLE SECTIONS THAT WERE MEANINGLESS AND COULD HAVE BEEN LEFT OUT WITH OUT MAKING ANY DIFFERENCE TO THE LEARNING
The Manual Handling trianing DVD was well laid out, clearly explaining the risks using case studies. The test at the end is a good method of auditing the level of understanding from each candidate.
