This had already been covered in the earlier Health and Safety one so bit of repetition
I did this one at home, so that other members of my family could learn how to lift safely. The video stream hung a few times, which was annoying. I did this one in the evening, whereas the others I did in the early morning. Perhaps there was less ADSL capacity in the evening: hence the hanging. I would have selected lower resolution, but I could not see how to do this.
