Quick and rewarding application that saves time during staff induction training. Although the tests are simple, the context of the training needs to be understood which came across as informative and quite fun.

Could have explained more about inappropriate lifting and it's affects, This could more likely deter people from bad lifting habits

This needs to be a practical course - you only retain 5% of what you see or hear - nothing beats actually a human person giving you a course.

Clear videos and precise insturctions on manual handling. Also useful to have subtitles as no speakers available in open plan office.

Clear questions, answers can seem a little obscure. But does require reasonable knowledge to obtain the required standard.

Very good for someone who knows nothing about manual handling, but for someone who has a bit of common sense, this was a bit pedantic.
