I found it good to have a question at the end of each section, it made you watch and listen through the video.

Excellent Course
The Training was very interactive and easy to understand, it is a good way to refresh our knowledge as relative to our day to day activities on site. Doing such test from time to time, we go long way in our (staff) life. It will always help, prevent personal injuries. It is a welcomed development.
