Enjoyable and interesting course.

Introduction a little flat and laboured. Perhaps you could have got into the videos and technique demonstrations a little earlier. It might be better to also show the techniques that will cause you problems.

The training was interesting and informative and explained in detail how the human body reacts when manual handling. The training was relevant and useful for working in an office environment and also encouraging to use the techniques in everyday life.

The videos were informative and it helped when they were summarised at the end. The information was easy to remember and the demonstrations help put what was being said, into practise.

THE TRAINING PROGRAM WAS WELL PUT TOGETHER. SHORT AND AT THE SAME TIME FULL OF INFORMATION. KEPT ME INTERESTED AND ENGAGED.
