Makes the assunption that all lifting attempts are made by healthy individuals.
I found this training to be excellent. It is amazing how we use these kind of lifting techniques at work but forget them in every day life. I have started to apply this to my every day activities and find it is helping me tremendously. I already have a weak back and find that by adhering to what I have learnt during this training helps manage my symptoms too.
