Good simple explanations, broken up to retain one's attention. The only problem was the test section 'freezing', not accepting an answer. reloading the question & clicking lead to a 'wrong' reply as the answer order was swapped - only noticed after clicking where the correct answer was.

The introduction and presentation on how our body and back are made up is very good. This makes you pay attention to the actual handling course

I found this to be a very good introduction to manual handling which was about the right level for my office environment. It had the right balance of fundamental theory and practical content. Good session if it was a first time introduction the MH or whether it was a refresher course.
