Found this easy to under stand and very informative with good video clips
The Manual Handling Training course/test is very good, whilst most of it is based on common sense anyway, it acts as a focus for the detail, which it is easy to forget in everyday life, where we can tend to take short cuts and adopt poor practice, risking our wellbeing. Another good piece of training which most would probably benefit from a periodic refresher on.
