I think sometimes we fall in to bad habits and possible think we know what needs to happen. I have learnt a lot and freshed myself in areas where I can use these techniques safley without putting myself at potential risk. This has been a worthwhile 30 to 35 minutes of my time a very good leaning module which is clear and to the point.
