Training package was better than I had expected - having done training on an annual basis for many years

The course was very good but I struggled somewhat in trying to use the sub-titles and take the course silently.

Information was easy to digest and very informative

was explained well through out the video easy to listen to

The training was provided in an easy to follow format. Having visual examples was really helpful and put the content into context. Also having the ability to interupt the training if work required it was also a benefit particularly as you could resume where you left off.

A good way to complete manual handling with the option to go back over the course at anytime

It would be good to have a replay button at the end of each part in case you feel you need a refresher at that point

Informative, work related & benificial.
