I found the online programme easy to follow and operate. It worked smoothly. The film was clear in picture and sound. The learning material was clear and concise. I feel more confident in my ability to manually handle items safely.

35 minutes of training about how to pick up a box safely seems a bit excessive.

A good training programe, I just didn't read some of the questions thoroughly before I answered!
all you need to know not to long
A good program well produce, the only criticism is that a little clunky (that may have been the machine used) and could have a better flowing (Intuitive) menu system. The little test at the end of each section is a great idea.
Very, very boring
if you can chunk up the training in to 15 - 20 min sessions that would be a massive help. Do a quick test at the end of the module which saves and then spits out the full certificate at the end. It will enable the course to be taken over a period of time instead of having to be all in one go.
