Most of the information is straightforward and could be deemed common sense, however common sense is not always common!. The Programme is set out well and covers all that is needed. The Programme serves to focus the mind on something that we don't always think about, and from that point of view is very useful too.
Although I recognise the need for this training, I have to say it is so basic and uninteresting when you are doing it every year!
covers all the basic knowledge required to reduce risk and encourage good moving and handling techniques
Narrator had nice voice to listen to. Course was just the right length.
