I like the format of the course which gives a full range of visual, aural & written delivery methods at the same time as required. Good detailing of the risks and actions/thought processes prior to manually handling loads & the limitations to follow.
The short video clips were very clear and easy to understand, sound needs to be sorted as reading subtitles made it take longer to complete.
