I found the Manual Lifting training programme to be well-structured with the concepts and practices fully explained.
Very informative. I will be using the knowledge learnt in all areas of my life now , not just at work.
Its easier to do it online and at home!
Professional presentation, with clear step-by-step guidance. Followed by good questions.
All training was very clear however, when carrying out all training, Equipment, Fire and Manual, this all takes a long time to go through so there is the danger of losing interest at crucial times.
Simple, logical and importantly it makes you think before you lift
Great for refreshers or new team members to complete.
Very useful but slightly repetitive in places.
This is a good training programme.
I found it instructive with its technical animations of the spinal column and the videos of safe lifting were easy to follow. The backgrounds for the videos were intentionally neutral but could have been more context focused, with the participants of the lifting scenarios in an industrial lifting situations with appropriate gloves, which were absent.
