Very informative, however maybe a touch too long.

Everything lifted appeared to be a box, please add a monitor, or a ladder. No mention of spill hazards if there is a liquid contained, or use of gloves if there are sharp edges. You mention you can carry more at waist height but not about putting heavy objects at that height when you put them on a shelf, or put them down.
The progamme tells you about your work and how to lift.
Too much 'padding out', for example, "the neck supports the head and allows it to move left and right and up and down." -30 seconds of my life wasted!
This training was very informative and explanatory. It was easy to understand which made the test easy to complete. I highly recommend it.
VERY INFORMATIVE AND VERY WELL EXPLAINED
Good use of video and text to make this an engaging programme. Didn't award 5 starts as a couple of the pages failed to load
