Could be slightly more interactive to increase engagement. The courseware fills the brief but would benefit from an additional practical element (maybe a group exercise) where the techniques could be practised.

Very informative. Well layed out and not too long.

Whilst training was very comprehensive some of the points were a little obvious.

A no-nonsense, user-friendly online Manual Handling training course. The information is straight to the point and includes video demonstrations of people lifting and carrying properly. Since completing the course, I've developed a better understanding of how the spine can be damaged as a result of negligence and I feel much more confident about how to avoid injuries when lifting and carrying objects.

The training staff were brilliant and I learnt a lot. It was a very learning experience for me.

The training programme was easy to follow and understand and well put together, video guides are very informative, clear and precise.

If you take each stage in turn at a reasonable pace, you will pick up the points you need.

I found it very informative.

Made me more aware of some of the common lifting mistakes, i do in my day to day, life at home and work, will always use LITE, great presentation. C.K.Ologbose.
