There is a lot of filler in the videos. Yes everyone knows poor lifting causes back problems and thats why we are doing this. We want the real content on how to lift things quicker, before people switch off from boredom. Also all of the demonstration videos use a relatively low weight item. I would hate to try the diagonal hand positions on something 15-25kg with the majority of the weight on the arm at the bottom.
It good program
I found the training programme very beneficial. I learnt from it also.
short and clear.
can be played paused and rewound, also done at my liessure
Good training material and graphics well presented.
A great improvement from other similar e learning providers. Logical flow and a non monotone voice.
Effective training and really helpful to protect our health and safety
very easy to use. A clear format to follow and very clear and concise speaker on video with visual examples which make it easier for me to remember.
I thought the content and delivery was really great and helped in the learning process. However the different videos seemed to differ greatly in sound quality and volume. I adjusted my sound based on 1st video and then had to re-adjust to the next very muffled video and found myself readjusting several times through the training (being slightly deafened at one point going from quite video to a very loud one)But despite that a good training experience.
