Easy to follow and user friendly.
Good presentation, very user friendly and clearly conveyed message.
This was particularly good for me as I suffer from back problems. This was helpful and easy to follow.
It is always good to have a training session that looks after your health and well-being without it being a long winded affair. This is just the right content with the right amount of time spent.
Most of this in fairness I have done before and, as stated, is basically common sense....but it does not hurt to have a reminder.
The videos are clearly presented along with the presentation it was very clear and easy to understand
some questions looked like there were a couple of answers
