Quite good but took me a bit longer than was indicated it would! Maybe because I am tired now!

Could have done with a better volume level, thankfully there were sub-titles. Otherwise not bad

The programme is broken down into manageable segments with clear visual and audible explanations.

It went into too much detail about the spine and exact weight measurements for carrying etc.
