The programme covers all the essentials and provides a good understanding of the reasons behind and importance of getting lifting techniques right. Plus it does so in a straightforward manner and in plain English.

It was a comprehensive course covering all the aspects of Manual Handling you would expect and some that were a surprise. The graphics were good, the dialogue easy to follow and the overall programme was very effective.

Theory ok but not suitable to all environments. Could have been improved if more practical advice such as what to do under difficult conditions such as outdoors or if loads are held in containers and need to be removed.
