The Manual Handling programme was fairly easy to follow with a lot of logical ideas. When put into practice it makes a lot of sense.

Common sense will always prevail...
Common sense in some ways but was structured and the interactive format was sufficiently engaging. The knowledge is useful in other situations. It was presented in an easily understood way with mnemonics and keywords/steps to take away.
