The subject matter is broken down into manageable sections and is well paced. A lot of information is conveyed in an easy to understand way.

Always worth a refresher on lifting heavy objects.

I found this to be of interest as I have not been in a position to require to learn this aspect of Health & safety before. I feel I have a much better idea of how things can become and injury as well as learning how to avoid the pitfalls.

It's important to know the different extinguishers, should you be in a position to need them, and this course fills that gap. I did the refresher and was surprised how much I had forgotten.

It's all to easy to forget this stuff, really useful course.

Have taken this course in assorted placements -and this was by far the simplest, more boring and painful interface and collection of voices I have suffered. Not pleasant - and I would not willingly take another course provided by the same company.
