Easy to use and understand.
It was interesting to note what excessive weight can do to your spine over a number of years. The rest was common sense but did reinforce how to lift properly.
Completely irrelevant to the role, function and duties of my job. I could produce a better manual handling course in two minutes. Over the top and too much detail with impractical advice contained therein. Push over pull? Only if you want to tip over and have the load fall on you, better to pull which allows you clearance if it drops and allows you to steer effectively. Utter tosh to say otherwise. Over 30 yrs experience in this.
Actually was very efficient in explaining the issues and the techniques
Good demonstration of good practice but perhaps more on common examples of bad practice would help.
Easy and not over complicated
Relates easy to understand information in a steady format. (An improvement would be to inform the trainee at the start of the programme of how long it would take to complete the training)
