A very informative guide to lifting and moving not only heavy objects but lighter ones that you would not think about normally eg hard drives. Also encouraged you to think about the whole process of moving/lifting objects from start to finish ie from start point to finish point of where object would be moved to. Great physiology information too - helped you understand about why moving/lifting correctly is so important to prevent injury that could be permanent.

The course was absolutely what people need from a course. Easy to understand and all useful information. Always to the point.The online presentation was excellent and dealt with all the relevant information needed to understand why manual handling is so important to the individual and also employers. The course explained the body mechanics before commencing with any practical lifting, which really drummed it in to you about the importance of basically looking after your health, short and longterm.I would also like to say that the course was presented in such a way that most if not all people would understand every single section covered.So, a highly recommended course which anybody would enjoy and gain great knowledge.
