Very detailed. I now feel very confident lifting at home, in the workplace or wherever my lifting abilities might be needed.
However, in the demonstration surely the woman's grey jeans are too long? Are they not potentially hazardous and could get wet and drag if outdoors in the wet? 😊 Just a thought?
