I enjoyed completing the manual handling course. The visuals were good and I liked seeing real people demonstrating the correct way to move items. The course gave a lot of information in a short time but in a format which made it easy to remember.
easy to follow, informative, good on line training
This course covered all that I needed to know in my relatively simple line of work. It applies to everyday situations that I will struggle to forget.

Well presented and clear information. Perhaps could improve by offering a second person who could deliver some of the information to add variety and maintain concentration
Good I particularly liked the beginning showing the effects of movement on the spine using a skeleton
