The training course was informative, covered all the information necessary and had some interesting facts such as the limits of weight when lifting as a pair or three people. Each course section was of a suitable duration to communicate the information needed to be delivered.Review not for publication.

The pace the information was delivered at was easy to understand and absorb. Seeing people carry out the manual handling techniques was invaluable and helped with remembering. The test was excellent to see how much had been retained.
