Good manual handling training which equips anyone for real world lifting situations
I feel I have Not learnt anything new, but I only did it 9 months ago, and most is common sense, but I know many people lack common sense.
easy to use understand very informative for back protection
I found it was a relaxing way to do the Test. And quit educational . All so it was good where you could go back if need to.
excellent and very easy to follow
Best manual handling course I've been on

I'm a grown man. I work in an office. I don't need to be told that I have a spine, or how to lift computers off desks. The content is approximately aimed at primary school children. It's insulting. And the certificate only lasts a year! What, so you think I'll forget all of this in less than 12 months??!! Even if I were doing proper manual handling as part of my job, this is so generic as to be basically pointless, and I'd probably remember how to do it right since I'm doing it every day. And if I don't do any manual handling, I think I can grasp the principles of 'lift with your legs' and 'don't try and lift too much'. In both of these cases, why do I need to do a fricking test every year to prove I can recall incredibly simple concepts, that your video shows even a goddamn toddler can understand?!
Reminder to check moving and handling practices and rectify poor habits
