More imformation to learn from project
I found the programme easy to understand and to follow. It was user friendly and relative to both males and females. I would recommend this online training.
Due to a fault I was unable to view any of the material. However I still passed with 85%.

More variation of trainers would be very beneficial, the gentleman with the black shirt and vest does too many - this reduces the attention paid by the student, bores hime / her and decreases the chance of scoring well
Although a lot of the manual handling procedures seem like 'common sense', the course does make you realise that you have to be constantly thinking about what you are going to lift and how you will do it, and thus keep yourself from harm.
