Found this very useful for use in workplace and also at home. As I have a slight hearing problem, i would have liked a louder commentary, but that could have been the equipment being used, rather than the course.
good balance of visual and auditory information and use of interim cognisance questions to make sure people are awake and understand the material
I found it much better than the CD version, as it covered the same topics but quickly (and interestingly), rather than listening to too much dialogue and scenarios ie lady in the office moving the PC. Well done!

Enjoyed doing this programme.
I found it easy to use but each module took longer than estimated to complete.
This training program is wonderful to use, everything is so clear and makes great sense, everyone can follow it.
