Good training that is easy to use. The conclusion video (child lifting box) is very impactive way to summarise how manual handling should be intuitive.

A quick and easy course that reminds you on how to lift in an appropriate way. The presenter is well spoken and is not intimidating. I would happily do another of these courses and recommend that other colleagues take the time to complete them also.

would have preferred to have been able to go back and restart test immediately if question answered wrong, instead of having to complete and then restart
