Most of the training was painfully obvious and common sense. Some was just ridiculous; For example asking staff to walk a route without an item before then carrying items is totally inefficient and unrealistic.
The course was very informative. Easy to understand and are able to go back if you are unsure of anything.
It took me 3.5hrs to complete the entire programme but it's time well spent. To refresh and know-how and continuously learn will be beneficial in the workplace. Thanks!
Always impressed with the iHasco training modules. Simple to use, really easy to understand, clear instructions and well written summaries. The tests are designed well with a good mix of easier and harder questions to answer. No technical issues experienced when running the training either. Only slight gripe for me is that I find myself occasionally unsure where to click to move onto the next section. Sometimes you're meant to click 'below' to move on but the big arrow on the right is too easy to click instead! I understand that this can be used if quickly moving through the various sections for a second time (if you are revising, for example) but I feel that sometimes a better User Interface/Layout would work better.
I really found the course helpful and informative. The dialogue was clear and concise, videos were very helpful and well put together. All in all a very good course, which I feel would benefit everyone to complete. Many thanks. Jean

This programme gives very clear guidance on an important area. It demonstrates why it is important to take care with regard to manual handling and demonstrates exactly what to do in order to ensure safety at all times. It is broken down into easy-to-absorb segments, and the test at the end ensures that participants are confident about applying the advice that has been given.
My only problem with the coarse was there was no sound. If I am honest I prefer when we have someone to come to our unit to do the training with us. Saying that it was good all about common sense.
Found this training informative and easy to follow.
