The answers to the questions are not given during the training meaning that a guess rather than knowledge has to be used. Small questions are given throughout the course with a test at the end, that is not helpful if you have a learning disability such as dyslexia as it is difficult to retain all of the information given and as a consequence I feel you are discriminating against disabled people.
