Thank you! This was a useful course. I agree that although I have carried it out to satisfy requirements at work, it is helpful and sensible for use at home and away; indeed in all situations when anything might need to be lifted or carried. Let's face it, we all lift and carry many times a day without even thinking about it. The course was easy to follow, well explained, with summary notes after each point/mini-presentation and a quick question to check understanding. Well done! Believe it or not, I am about to lift and load many lightweight boxes up in my home attic later today so the course has been very well timed! 😊

Was different doing the training on line as opposed to in a training room setting. Prefer the training room but once I got into doing it on line it was fine.
Good course, understandable and very informative
As someone completely new to online training I found this very user friendly and the facts were delivered both clearly and effectively.
Again I enjoyed taking this training session, and learned something, though much of it was common sense.
