A really good and interesting way to do a course,the layout and the fact you can do it all at your own pace, is one of best things about this course.Much better than having to spend a morning at a venue somewhere!

I liked the way you could dip in and out of the programme, to suit your own timetable.Made me think about lifting something heavy , also the consequences of lifting incorrectly.Very good.
