It was difficult to follow. It did not show how to lift boxes etc. Or how to place feet. You need to sort out a better video. Or make an in house video that is more related to Search
Learnt a lot about Manual Handling that I didn't know before and it helped me develop important methods on how to prepare myself for it in the work environment.

Some new slides inserted since I saw this training session last year - added in the use of mechanical aids.
