I found the course easy to understand, very informative and would recommend it to anyone as an aid to avoid unnecessary injury. excellent.
Material was easy to follow when it was available. The whole section on LITE was missing most of the material (slides were showing up blank).Managed to complete the course and score 100% anyway so was not hindered by the missing material.
It is good to think before lifting any load.
