I enjoyed this training as it provided me with new information and ways to lift and protect my back as I work in a nursery there is lots of bending lifting and crouching the techniques shown will be a great help to me thank you
I learnt enough from this short course to ensure I behave in a better way for my back. The quiz was really too easy though.
