This is a comprehensive training course on manual handling. Very well compiled and presented.
This course was highly effective in demonstrating the correct lifting techniques to use in order to minimise any potential risks associated with manual handling activities. There is no substitute for a visual demonstration and for that reason, this course was extremely useful.

A well put together program, easy to use and intuitive. However, having done the exercises on at least 3 occasions now, it does become rather repetitive though, so concentration does tend to "wain" a bit. Surprising what you can remember once it starts playing! So last year I probably would have given it a 4 star rating. More questions throughout would break it up and help keep the concentration.
The coarse, when all modules are taken in a string becomes boring, the tone of the presenter does not vary & most frustrating of all the sound levels within the modules vary, so even at full volume some parts are difficult to hear.
