While doing the test it crashed 2 times which it meant I had to start the test again.
I found the course easy to follow it was very clear it gives you stage by stage & makes it also interesting there is nothing worse than a course that does not hold your interest. All very good.
Easy to follow. Subtitles could be in annotated form for scanning.

it seems a shame that we couldn,t all get to see the video or pictures or listen to the training as both are more mentally stimulating than words. But it was still a good reminder to help protect us.
Thought I knew most I needed to know............................. but learnt a good few things.
some good tips and easy to understand course which is helpful for refreshing to get us back on track as we carry out these tasks without thinking sometimes
The training programme was very useful and understanding. I liked the way how they gave you a choice of questions.
