This was a very informative explanation of the importance of looking after your whole body, particularly your back when lifting and manual handling. The visuals and audio options allowed the programme to be accessible to all, which is great. I particularly liked the biological explanation of the spine with fantastically clear visuals and a clear illustration of how the body is constructed. I suffer with back pain and see an osteopath regularly to manipulate the muscles in my back, due to a slightly tilted pelvis. This training therefore is of vested interest to me, as I want to preserve my back and develop good posture. The use of mneumonics - LITE was also a useful way to remember what to do. Many thanks
A boring subject but well taught

Very good and informative course, but the test crashed, and I could not resume where I had got to and had to start again.
While doing the test it crashed 2 times which it meant I had to start the test again.
I found the course easy to follow it was very clear it gives you stage by stage & makes it also interesting there is nothing worse than a course that does not hold your interest. All very good.
Easy to follow. Subtitles could be in annotated form for scanning.

it seems a shame that we couldn,t all get to see the video or pictures or listen to the training as both are more mentally stimulating than words. But it was still a good reminder to help protect us.
Thought I knew most I needed to know............................. but learnt a good few things.
