The course has given me a better understanding about my body, how it moves, and how to lift safely using the LITE assessment.
Much preferred to "trainer" based training - you can go at your own speed and go back a step if you feel you need to.

... I felt that the test was quite simplistic (even though I got one of the questions wrong). I think I would have preferred the test to start out simply and get progressively difficult throughout its completion.
Meets the needs and builds a base for further discussion and training with those in the workplace.
