This course was explained in a way which was easy to follow. It was a nice mix of words diagrams and videos which made all the facts interesting and easy to remember for the test as well as for use in all future manual handling.
A easy but informative course with updated techniques on old instructions on how to lift and place objects at home or work and even play, Not to repetitive, easy to understand and follow. well worth doing.
Very informative, wish I had this course to follow when I started work in 1979.
