It is very good program and it remind me the manual handling training.
I have just had to stay up, after finishing work at 5am, until 1pm for a training course. This one allows me to do the course according to MY schedule. Much nicer.
Excellent content and delivery. The issue I had was a great slow-down between questions and sections. At one point it looked like the programme may crash. The internet is very good here so the issue is either with the server or programme

I enjoyed the course and it gave correct guidance as to how to handle heavy objects which is something that benefits everyone. Many people do not know how to lift items correctly and risk damage to their back.
