Very informative and helpful
Good information included, made you think about what was happening internally and externally if you are not lifting and handling things correctly. I will also remember what LITE is and what a spinal disc herniation is.
This was a good training that was clear and easy to understand, with good use of video. However it was not very interactive.

The manual handling was straight forward but had to think about the questions. Being able to go back over the information was helpful as you don't always take the information in when you are nervous about your new start!
