I thought the on line course was very informative in a short space of time. It concentrated primarily on the practical and physical benefits of good postures and handling techniques and steered clear from the legislation / regulations that apply for manual handling operations. The latter usually dis engages some staff when attending H&S courses. Overall very satisfied.

It is great that you can do this course in your own time. Also if there is something you don't understand you can view it again without disturbing a classroom of others.
