It's not the most interesting subject for a training course, however I understand that it needs to be covered. Maybe a more interactive and fun approach would make it more inviting.

This course was easy to set up and use, and done in simple terms.
An easy to follow aid that tests learning at the end of each unit and compiles a knowledge check at the conclusion to see if learning has been achieved. I found it to be a very effective tool too assist in developing my knowledge and then checking it. I found that I was listening to the video throughout and it was presented in such a way that I found it absorbing and ideal for my particular learning style.
