This was interesting and it was good to learn about the back and how it works. Alot of what was shown was general knowledge but it never hurts to have your memory refreshed.
Easy to follow and very well laid out
The sound was perfect, the examples meaningful, the amount of information was just the right one, the timing and repetition was great and it made me think about certain things I do wrong or I am not fully aware of doing in my daily life. Perfect!
