This course offers clear and simple guidance about how to reduce risk when moving heavy or bulky items. It doesn't over-complicate the message but it does give some very useful hints about what to do or not to do. What's more, it works! I had to visit a garden centre a short time after I'd completed the course and I was amazed by how much I remembered - and put into practice!
Frustrating to use as has to recover website 15 times whilst completing course.
Good advice, for work and for home. Easy to follow. Clear instruction. Back pain is no laughing matter!
